How do I place my order?

After you have finished adding items to your shopping cart and are ready to submit your order, move your cursor to the lower-right corner of the screen and click on the “Cart” icon. Your Shopping cart will pop up, with all the items, quantity and total price (excluding tax and delivery fees). Click on “Checkout” button and you transferred to secure pages to enter the name and address of the recipient of your shipment.

Once you have decided how to proceed, (i.e. Shipping information and Payment Method), followed by your billing details. You will have the option of indicating that the shipping and billing details are the same, if applicable.

After completing the shipping and Payment information, click on the "Complete Order" button to submit your order. You will receive an on-screen order confirmation, as well as a confirmation via e-mail.

You may want to consider setting up an account. If you choose to do so, our site will maintain on file your billing and shipping information as well as your payment data, so you do not have to fill out this information each time you visit our site. You will also have the ability to view your complete history of purchasing and edit information in your account.

Do I need to open an account to be able to place an order on Thursday Grocery?

No. You don't need to have an account. At the time of check out you can provide your shipping address and contact details and check out.

How can I sign into my account on Thursday Grocery and/or edit the information in my account?

If you have previously purchased from us, then you may have opted to create a personal account in our system. If so, you can access this account by clicking on the “My Account” link in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. This takes you to a page where you will be prompted to enter the e-mail address and password that you registered with us when you created the account. If you have forgotten your password, you can create a new password by clicking on the "Forgot your password?" link. After your data has been verified, your account data will appear, and you can either edit existing information or proceed with the checkout process.

How do I add items to my cart?

To add an item to your cart, navigate to the page of the item you are interested in and then select the “Size” and “Quantity”, click on the “Add to Cart” button. Once you do this, the quantity and associated dollar amount will automatically be added to your cart.

How do I remove items from my cart?

Click on the “View cart” link in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. This will allow you to view all items currently in your cart. Once you have identified the item that you would like to delete, click on the “X” button to the right of the item description. Once you do this, the quantity and associated dollar amount (if applicable) will automatically change and reflect the correct amounts for both the quantity and the cost.

How do I change the quantity of a particular item in my cart?

Click on the “View cart” link in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. This will allow you to view all items currently in your cart, as well as the quantities that you have chosen for each item. To change the quantity of an item in your cart, move your cursor to the box next to the item and type in the quantity desired, (or Click on “- / +” button). Once you do this, the quantity and associated dollar amount (if applicable) will automatically change and reflect the correct amounts for both the quantity and the cost.

How do I view what’s in my shopping cart?

To view the contents of your cart, click on the “Cart” icon in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. Once you click on this icon, you can easily view items in your cart and also update (Modify Quantity or delete any item) your cart.


How can I change my shipping address?

By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed, and you have the option to amend it if you need to. Otherwise you can go to “My Account” and edit your Address and / or “Add New Address”.

How do I cancel my orders before I make a payment?

Orders can only be cancelled before it is shipped. Please contact us for cancellation of your order and provide complete order related information.

Why is one of my favorite items no longer available at my store?

Thursday Grocery is continuously updating our catalog to ensure that it is accurate and complete. We do all we can to accommodate our guest's product needs. However, we are limited by product availability. If an item you have purchased is no longer on the site, the reason may be due to slow movement, discontinuation by the manufacture, or temporary out of stock.


Can I return an item?

Yes. Thursday Grocery is fully committed to our customers satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the Quality of any item or found defective due to shipping, we will gladly take the item back (or exchange item) and refund the money based on your method of payment with a valid receipt.

Please note we do not accept return of fresh food items and seasonal items will be subjected to 15% restocking fees. Return Policy does not cover damages caused after delivery at its destination, customer change of mind, difference in item packaging (actual vs Site) and all items must be returned in original packaging, undamaged, unopened condition.

If you wish to return an item that meets above condition, you must notify us through Contact Us, within 7 days of receipt of your order. Your inquiry will be responded within 48 hours and we will arrange for the item pickup.

Thursday Grocery reserves the right to refuse or limit the number of returns permitted without valid receipt. Valid ID may be required for returns.

How do I request Thursday Grocery to carry a new product?

Thursday Grocery is always looking to add more variety and more partners that our community likes. You can reach us through Contact Us and provide details of the new product. Please sign up for our newsletter and like us on Facebook so you get such information.


Is Thursday Grocery available across US?

Currently, Thursday Grocery is operating only in North Charlotte area (Zip Codes - 28115, 28117, 28123, 28070, 28078, 28035, 28036, 28031, 28025, 28026, 28027, 28075, 28262, 28269). Very soon we will be launching in other areas as well.

How long will it take for my order to arrive after I submit an order?

Customer can select a Delivery day and we can deliver on or before delivery day selected.

How do you ship my orders?

All your orders are sent through verified local delivery partners

How are Delivery Charges calculated for my order?

Currently, we are not offering any free deliveries.  Please refer to Service Types for more details.

What happens if there's been a delivery issue with my order? (Damaged or lost delivery)

We take such matters very seriously and will investigate individual cases thoroughly. We request you to contact us immediately with order details, photo proof of the affected item. Your inquiry will be responded within 48 hours. We will investigate and review the order, before a decision is made to re-send the items at no additional cost or issue a refund, subject to availability.

How can I track my orders & payment?

After logging into your account, the status of your order can be found under Order History. Click on Order number to find the Payment and Shipping status of your order. In addition, we will notify (email and SMS, if selected) you as your order is prepared for shipping. If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.


What are the payment methods available?

We accept Credit/Debit cards.



Is my data secure with Thursday Grocery?

We take great care in protecting our customer data. All communication use Transport Layer Security (TLS) as encryption protocol to secure communications over the internet.


What if an advertised item is not in stock when I shop?

We make every effort to ensure all products are always in stock. In case, items go out of stock during the order process, Thursday Grocery will not charge or refund the amount related to the particular item/s in the order.
